Program Description:
Valley Senior Services has been providing services to seniors for the last 50 years. Our services help thousands of seniors each year through a variety of different ways: delivering daily hot meals through
Meals On Wheels, finding a sense of community and fostering new friendships at local senior centers, getting to and from appointments with transportation services, connecting seniors with supportive resources, and much more.
- 1Rides are given for any kind of need.
- 2This service is not wheelchair accessible.
- 3Office/Scheduling Hours:
7:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday – Friday
Transportation Hours:
7:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday – Friday. - 4Call at least 3-5 days in advance to schedule your ride. A ride may be scheduled up to five weeks in advance.
- 5Ride to Meal Sites: Seniors whom would like a ride to any of Valley Senior Services Fargo or West Fargo meal sites are able to do so for only $1.00 per one-way ride.
- 6Grocery Shopping: A 14 passenger bus is used to transport seniors for one hour of grocery shopping. Please call 1 day in advance to request a ride. For all other ride services please call 3 – 5 days in advance.

Program Description:
NATIVE, INC. has create a program to serve the tribal elders in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
The Good Relative Tribal Elder program is designed to help tribal members live healthy lifestyles, live independently, and stay connected to the native community.
Elders will receive transportation to activities related to Native American culture, essential appointments and have home delivered meals, free of charge.
