  1. I printed your exercises and after I was done I noticed they didn’t print correctly. Even if I shrunk the page your information still didn’t fit on printable page. Is there something wrong on my end or yours.

    Thank you
    Karen

    1. Hi Karen – thanks for your feedback. Did you print the exercises on “Letter” size paper (the regular size) or “Legal” size paper (the slightly longer size)? The PDFs print better on the longer size.

      1. I did letter, and still had the same problem. I can’t use them like this for our women in prison. I need free materials. Please fix it. It cuts off period. Thanks

          Hi Kim,
Have you tried adjusting the settings on your printer? It will be something like ‘adjust to fit paper’ or ‘fit to page’ or ‘fit to printable area’.
          Hope this helps

Is there anyway I can get a printed copy of these exercises pdfs mailed to me for my elderly parents?
Printing out the pdfs is just not realistic. Thank you!!

    Hi Maurice.
I have just spent the last couple of hours going through your Seniors exercise PDF’s. I am so glad I stumbled across your website.
I am nearly 63, and will be completing my PT training shortly. My focus is on the 50+ age group, mobility, injury rehab, seniors active lifestyle. Having experienced disk prolapses and coming out the other end very fit and strong, I know just how important it is to strengthen and ‘mobilise’ and want to help others.
I am from Australia and would like to say ‘brilliant’ and thanks for the great information you have provided that will help me to help others.

    1. Hi Spencer – thanks so much for your kind words! We’ll be adding more exercise PDFs over the next couple of months, as well as articles synthesizing (in plain English) the scientific research on exercises for seniors. So stay tuned!
